Piero Fornasetti, Italian iconic artist and world-renowned designer, is known for his distinct, decorative style. He drew on Piero della Francesca, Giotto, paintings from Pompeii and Renaissance frescoes as sources of inspiration for his artwork. Fornasetti was founded by Piero Fornasetti in the 1950s but is now headed up by his son Barnaba, and specialises in hand-decorated furniture and home accessories. The beautiful range is instantly recognisable, with many pieces featuring the face of Natalina “Lina” Cavalieri, an Italian operatic soprano, actress, and monologist.
Fornasetti" luxurious and masterfully fragranced candles are presented in a re-usable porcelain canister, adorned with ornate designs in his signature style. Each candle is infused with its own captivating and unique scent created by Olivier Polge, master perfumer at the house of Chanel, ranging from warm and smoky to floral and elegant.
Fornasetti Scented Candle “Flora Coromandel”
This Fornasetti candle is decorated in founder Piero”s “Flora Coromandel” motif from the 1950s. The porcelain canister will make a beautiful decorative accent piece in your home long after the candle is complete.
Scent: Flora is a fresh, elegant blend bursting with the familiar scent of Iris, Jasmine and Tuberose weaved effortlessly together with Lilly of the Valley and trailing green Ivy. Inspired by flowers and foliage surrounding the garden of the Fornasetti" family home in Milan.
